Product Return and Warranty Service Conditions

 

Product Return

If you have purchased a product and noticed that it is of poor quality, you have the right to return the product to us within 14 days from the date of delivery to you. In such a case, the defective product will be exchanged for a quality product free of charge or the money you paid will be refunded.

You can return the product in the following cases:

  1. If you received a different product than you ordered;
  2. If you received a defective product;
  3. In other cases provided by law.
  4. If you want to return the product, inform the seller, fill out the product return form. Provide contact information, additional information about the product, and the reason for the return.
  5. The returned product must be fully assembled and packed in the same commercial condition as you received it. You must have documents proving the purchase. You are responsible for this. If the returned product is not fully assembled or packed, we will not accept the return.

Product return is carried out in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 of June 29, 2001 “On the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of goods”

 

Warranty Conditions

  • The warranty starts from the date of the invoice, receipt, or warranty card.
  • The warranty period for different products may vary, depending on the seller. 
  • All transportation costs related to warranty service are paid by the buyer
  • The model and serial number of the product must match those indicated in the warranty card or other purchase documents
  • The warranty applies only to products that were installed by qualified specialists. You must provide supporting documents (service-issued assembly work invoice or work statement or qualification certificate or certificate and other documents)
  • The seller has the right not to accept warranty products if the product return conditions are not met

The warranty does not apply if: 

  • Defects are found due to the user's fault;
  • The product is mechanically or otherwise damaged, worn out;
  • The defect was caused by natural disasters, fire, electrical short circuit, other household factors, force majeure;
  • The defect was caused by foreign materials, liquids entering the device;
  • Warranty seals, seals with serial numbers are damaged;
  • The product was repaired, installed, disassembled in an unauthorized service center, or by specialists without the required qualifications
  • The defect occurred due to the use of non-original device accessories during the operation of the device;
  • The defect occurred due to large voltage fluctuations
  • The buyer does not provide the warranty card and/or purchase document along with the product.
  • The warranty does not apply to automotive bulbs. They are only replaced if a factory defect is noticed during installation.
  • LED bulbs are covered by a 6-month warranty.
